Oklahoma CLE Requirements

Attorney Requirements

Oklahoma attorneys are required to complete 12 hours of CLE each year. At least 1 hour must be in the area of Ethics. Attorneys must earn the required MCLE credits by December 31st and report by February 15th each year.

Attorneys may carry over up to 12 hours of CLE credit (including 1 hour of Ethics) to the following reporting period.

Online Courses

Oklahoma attorneys may earn all Illinois attorneys may earn all 30 hours of CLE credit through online courses.
