Minnesota CLE Requirements
Minnesota attorneys are required to complete 45 hours of CLE every 3 years. At least 3 hours must be in the area of Ethics and at least 2 hours must be in the area of Elimination of Bias. Attorneys must earn the required MCLE credits by June 30th and report by August 31st in their reporting period.
Attorneys may not carry over CLE credit to the following year.
Minnesota attorneys must earn a minimum of 30 CLE credits per reporting period through live events, including live webinars. Minnesota attorneys may earn up to 15 hours of credits through recorded on demand courses.
