Puerto Rico CLE Requirements
Attorney Requirements
Puerto Rico attorneys are required to complete 24 hours of CLE every 2 years. At least 4 hours must be in the area of Ethics. Attorneys must earn the required MCLE credits within their assigned reporting period.
Attorneys may carryover up to 24 hours of CLE credit for up to 2 years.
Online Courses
Puerto Rico attorneys must earn at least 16 hours of CLE credit through live, in-person activities. Attorneys may earn up to 8 hours of CLE credit through online on demand courses and webinars.
