Nebraska CLE Requirements
Attorney Requirements
Nebraska attorneys are required to complete 10 hours of CLE each year. At least 2 hours must be in the area of Professional Responsibility. Attorneys must earn the required MCLE credits by December 31st and report by December 31st each year.
Attorneys may carryover up to 5 hours of CLE credit to the following year.
Online Courses
Nebraska attorneys must earn at least 5 hours of CLE credit through live, in-person activities. Attorneys may earn up to 5 hours of CLE credit through online on demand courses and webinars.
